INGREDIENTS: A harmonized blend of Wormwood, Black Walnut Hulls, Oregon Grape, and a family of other intentional herbs. Extracted in organic cane alcohol and reverse osmosis water.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 40-60 drops (2-3 dropperfuls), three times daily. Add to 2-4 oz of water, juice, or tea and enjoy. Use during fasting/cleansing for at least seven consecutive days for best results. Pair with the Womb Wellness herbal tea blend for additional benefits to the womb and reproductive system. Together, they can also be extremely helpful for painful menstrual cycles. We encourage everyone to listen to their body intuitively and follow the regimen and dosage that resonates with them. If taking for more than four weeks at a time, discontinue for one week, then repeat the cycle as needed.
SUGGESTED CLEANSE: This is a 10-day zero-tolerance commitment. This suggested guideline has proven to be very successful when implemented properly, however, we encourage everyone to listen to their body intuitively and follow the regimen and duration that best resonates with them. Take one dropperful of the tincture two times a day. Avoid meat/fish/dairy/eggs/sugar/seed oils/alcohol/grains (starch, gluten/wheat, legumes/beans) for the duration of the cleansing cycle. Also, refrain from fruit (because of the sugar content) for the first three days — the entire 10-day cleanse cycle if possible. Create a fun and colorful diet around fermented foods, leafy greens, lightly steamed vegetables, low to starch-free foods, and healthy fats. Nigella sativa (black seed oil), food-grade diatomaceous earth, and daily sunlight exposure are also highly effective in this cleansing process.
Starch-free foods: Cucumber, Pumpkin seed, Seaweed (preferably raw: Kelp noodles, Nori sheets, Sea lettuce, Dulse, etc.), Coconut vinegar/apple-cider vinegar, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, Collard greens, Kale, Dill, Thyme, Rosemary, Mint, Basil, Oregano, Majoram, Sage, Sprouts (alfalfa, fenugreek, broccoli, sunflower, radish, onion, etc.), Salad/Leafy Greens (chicory, escarole, romaine, spinach, arugula, radicchio, watercress, etc.), Summer squash (zucchini, yellow, Mexican squash, etc.), Artichoke, Asparagus, Bok choy, Red Onion, Parsley, Cilantro, Dandelion, Cabbage, Chard, Shiso leaf, Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, Sauerkraut, Pickles.
