INGREDIENTS: A harmonized blend of Elderberry, Echinacea, Skullcap, Licorice, Ginger, Reishi Mushroom

SUGGESTED USE: Enjoy 1 tsp a day for regular consumption and 1 tbsp 2-3x a day for colds. Take directly or add to water, tea, juice, baked goods, etc. 

For children:
Ages 1-3: ¼ teaspoon daily
Ages 4 and up: 1/2 teaspoon daily
