Actions We Can Take to Support and Implement True Generational Change In the Black Community

changes in the black community.JPG

Black Lives Matter is an organization with the alleged mission to eradicate racism and end violence against the Black Community. The concern behind this movement is its hidden faces and agenda. Money is raised, donated, and manipulated into the hands of the unknown.

Many support groups are gaining traction, and while the people contributing to them have good intentions, there may be ulterior motives behind some of the organization/funding. Beware of not only where the trail begins but also where it ends. Research the 'why' and 'how' before supporting. Determine if the outcome will create more upheaval, fear, crime, and chaos or if it will birth the new beginning you are hoping to invest in.

The system must be dismantled and restructured to make a radical and everlasting change. Instead of looking to others to support us, we need to help ourselves by creating change and building a solid infrastructure from the inside.

Below, you will find a compilation of ways to redesign and maintain the black community. Keep in mind that instant gratification is an illusion and can be disheartening. Know that this shift will require work, wisdom, organization, and most importantly, team effort. It will take a tribe, and if you don't have one, create or join one. Little tribes all over, working towards the same agenda. Mapping our individual roles and honing them will help us bring about community and the black utopia we deserve.

Yes, making it a practice of buying black, signing TRUSTED petitions, and donating to TRUSTED organizations are helpful, but I would like to bring more attention to the bigger picture. We're not just doing this for us; it's for our children, their children, and their children, too. Ask yourself, does your vision/mission end with you, or does it continue well after you pass on?

Dr. Claude Anderson's five-story building for economics:

Economic Foundation:

We first have to build our own businesses. Money, power, and respect follow. We have to establish global enterprises to import/export business worldwide and create commercial zones to bring global revenue into our communities.

Political Foundation:

We have to use the money and power to influence elections and politicians to advocate our agenda and pass laws that are in the best interest of our agenda. We must establish a global African Diaspora through satellite black communities worldwide to influence trade and relations with the black community.

Justice Foundation:

We have to use politicians and our economic power to control how police act in our community and how judges treat black people when sentencing and fairness in the court of law. We must create an advocacy group that works with local justices and develop strategic ways to marginalize or neutralize anti-black elements by any means necessary.

Media Foundation:

We have to own print and electronic media to control our voices and promote our businesses and culture to our people. We must create marketing campaigns and digital media promoting community businesses and black culture to encourage global trade and tourism in our communities.

Education Foundation:

We have to move away from standardization and focus on our children's specific talents and needs to hone their skills to provide their talents and contribution to the black community. We must identify challenges, solutions and develop or adapt existing patterns and practices worldwide that address the problem and the solution.

Another necessity is internalizing and utilizing our natural-born strengths, interests, and abilities to build a lucrative community. Below is a representation piece:

Black Lives Matter is an inarguable demand for justice, equality, and reform. Still, as we see, this movement goes far beyond spreading awareness and, in addition, calls everyone to take direct action. Hold yourselves and others accountable for the roles played. Stay properly educated, safe, and hopeful that we can create the change we desperately deserve and need. Our divine lineage runs deep.

We must unite if we want a real difference. Please ensure that you speak up and let your voices be heard daily, in and outside the home. Teach your children to do the same.

Sending love, inspiration, and warmth to you all.

Peace, Blessings, and Community.
